By downloading, installing, or using WakeMind (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). The App is operated by Inhype Live Limited (“we,” “us,” or “our”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
WakeMind is an AI-powered morning companion app that provides personalized alarm experiences, morning briefings, evening wind-down routines, mood tracking, journaling, and AI coaching. Features include voice briefings, breathing exercises, sleep insights, and goal-setting tools.
You must be at least 13 years old to use WakeMind. By using the App, you represent that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms.
To use WakeMind, you must create an account using Apple Sign-In, Google Sign-In, or email and password. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
WakeMind offers the following subscription plans:
Both plans provide full access to all WakeMind features.
The annual plan may include a free trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription and you will be charged the annual fee. You can cancel during the trial at no cost.
All payments are processed through the Apple App Store. By subscribing, you agree to Apple's terms of service for in-app purchases. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your iPhone's Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions. Upon cancellation, you will retain access until the end of your current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods.
We may change subscription prices from time to time. Price changes will not affect your current billing period. We will provide notice of price changes before they take effect, and you will have the opportunity to cancel before the new price applies.

WakeMind uses artificial intelligence to generate briefings, affirmations, coaching messages, and other content. AI-generated content is provided for informational and motivational purposes only. It is not medical, psychological, or professional advice.
You should not rely on AI-generated content as a substitute for professional advice. If you have health or mental health concerns, consult a qualified professional.
You retain ownership of all content you create in WakeMind, including journal entries, mood logs, and voice recordings (“Your Content”). By using the App, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and transmit Your Content solely for the purpose of providing the WakeMind service.
We do not claim ownership of Your Content, and we will not use it for advertising or sell it to third parties.
WakeMind, including its design, features, code, and brand, is the intellectual property of Inhype Live Limited. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App without our written permission.
Your use of WakeMind is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal data. By using the App, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.
WakeMind is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We do not warrant that:
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Inhype Live Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising out of or in connection with your use of WakeMind.
Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or the App shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You may delete your account at any time from within the App (Profile > Delete Account) or by contacting us at hello [at] wake-mind.com.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or if required by law. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately, but sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive will continue to apply.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the “Last updated” date. Your continued use of WakeMind after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Inhype Live Limited is incorporated. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
